In 2021, we will continue to be a training company of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) out of conviction and offer our newcomers a long-term perspective in the company. Because the mixture of fresh pioneering spirit and experienced specialists has proven its value for Mainteam over decades.
With us, individual strengths are specifically promoted. As a result, our current apprentices in the field of media design for digital and print media can grow into different focus areas. Instead of trying to create a uniform type, we deliberately rely on different characters that complement each other in a team-oriented manner. The field of activity, from creative design to the practical implementation of print products, is broad and must be covered in its entirety through the combination of different skills. Even our youngest employees learn to work responsibly in customer-oriented workflows.
The IHK offers the appropriate theoretical basics and test modules to complement the in-company training. Together, we continuously manage to train outstanding specialists and personalities who fit perfectly into our Mainteam.
